The department’s QSLs are sent to me by REF usually every month. Several ways to get them back:
- Go to my QRA in Nanterre or to the F6KFA radio club in Rueil-Malmaison. QSLs are available on the Saturday after their arrival,
- Send me a stamped self-addressed envelope with permanently valid stamps,
- Send me a paypal once the shipping cost has been assessed. Postal shipments are made once or twice a year.
